About 4SCM
4SCM was created by 4 men with a logistics heart. We are a young, dynamic logistics consultancy, which has now grown to 9 consultants. Based on our experience we bundle human, process, industry, physical automation and IT knowledge into concrete solutions that your employees enjoy working with.
Our no-nonsense approach leads to the improvement of processes and operations. In doing so, we do not shy away from any challenge. Our experience allows us to take on a variety of roles during a project. Whether it's lean, waterfall or common sense ... the robust solution for your process will come.

Meet our consultants
Björn is a young, motivated, social and active Junior Consultant within 4SCM, who already has the necessary experience in his short career and has made creative technical solutions for many a company.
Björn is the robot specialist at 4SCM. Advanced test setups to simulate the operation of robots in warehouses he has gotten off the ground and is further developed by him.
Björn van Schie
Dennis is a motivated, social, highly athletic and active Consultant within 4SCM. With his ICT and Network Administration background, he has already gained the necessary experience in his relatively short career.
He has already proven himself in multiple process improvement projects, incident management and system management assignments. Through 4SCM he seizes the opportunity to further develop himself in logistics execution and IT.
Dennis Vugts
Peter is a driven logistics specialist with broad experience in supply chain management, logistics management, inventory management & production planning and project management.
During his career he has had the opportunity to perform in retail, healthcare, distribution and manufacturing companies in various operational, management and consultancy roles. In doing so, he has built a good frame of reference to advise and help organizations make strides.
Danny is a young Logistics Consultant with experience in Data Analytics, Transportation management and Warehouse Management.
He is still in the early stages of his career, but has already gained experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing in both transportation and warehousing. He is currently putting this knowledge to use at the largest online retailer in the Netherlands.
Danny van der Els
Thomas is a warehouse management logistics specialist with years of experience in translating complex business issues into IT solutions.
With in-depth knowledge of SAP WM and EWM, he has successfully brought dozens of warehouses live. Thomas has experience in the Chemical Industry, Food, FMCG and Spare Parts businesses.
Azra Malik
Harold is a passionate logistics consultant with years of experience in the field of WMS and transportation management integration in SAP/S4HANA and Hardis/Reflix, among others. As a former developer Harold has never lost his feeling for technology. His operational experiences as warehouse manager make him an ideal sparring partner to implement complex technical projects in an operation.
A driven, brand new Logistics Consultant with knowledge of lean six sigma, supply chains and production logistics: that's Marc!
In his short career he has gained experience in setting up planning systems, both trip and production planning, productivity improvement and kpi's.
Marc is currently working on warehouse management at the largest online retailer in the Netherlands.
Marc Leeuwenburgh
Jan-Willem is a young and driven Logistics Consultant with experience in warehouse management, inventory management, and transportation management.
In his short career he gained experience in setting up warehouses, inventory management systems and KPI's at the largest scaffolding manufacturer in Europe.
He is currently applying his knowledge at the largest building materials company in North America and Europe.
Jan-Willem Bosman
Caring, discreet, studious, athletic and positively opinionated. That's Karel van Hattum in a nutshell. Karel is strong in planning, does not hesitate to show initiative, has a helicopter view and works in a structured way with an eye for detail.
Karel's goal? Getting the best out of himself every day for optimal results and successful cooperation!
